Hyundai is proud to increae their position on Forbes' List of the World's Leading Companies. Hyundai increased their position by 8 spots, and is now sitting the 188th leading company in the world. In terms of automakers, only 2 are ahead of Hyundai: Ford Motor Company (58) and Honda Motor (86). In 2008, Hyundai was ranked 245 and in 2009 was ranked 196.
